This complex WordPress website represents multiple businesses under the Advantec Global umbrella.  OurWebmaster began working with Advantec over a decade ago after they purchased Freeman Marine in Gold Beach, Oregon.  In July 2023, OurWebmaster was invited back to manage and maintain this website and other businesses not represented by this site.

American Fiduciary Solutions LLC

This is a simple WordPress website using a commercial template customized for their business.  The owners update the website – OurWebmaster assists as needed.

Byrne Rice & Turner

This site is now on a WordPress platform using WooCommerce for WishList functionality. For years, this site was on the Miva eCommerce platform – even though it never took orders.

Carlson Siding

This is a custom HTML website that was designed prior to OurWebmaster’s involvement however has now been upgraded to a DWT mobile-ready format and uses commercial slideshow and photo gallery technologies.  OurWebmaster is making focused efforts on SEO for local search terms and placement and monitors it’s search engine placement on a regular basis.

OurWebmaster worked as a technical consultant with the author to help her design and develop her own WordPress website.  OurWebmaster stands available to assist with any details or questions the author has.

Cedar Bend Golf Course

CMS. A simple business card-style website with robust content.  This website is maintained as a courtesy by OurWebmaster. In August 2023, the site was redesigned (as a courtesy by OurWebmaster) using WordPress as the prior Joomla 3.x platform became unsupported.

Colorado Tile Pro

This WordPress site was originally designed and implemented by others.  OurWebmaster is adding/managing new content and executing additional SEO (Search Engine Optimization) efforts.  OurWebmaster recently updated the look & feel for a more modern and interactive experience.

Columbia Cascade Great Pyrenees Club

This WordPress website was designed and created by others but have asked OurWebmaster to work alongside volunteers to update content (specifically rescue pups) on the site.

Curry Health Foundation

This site was re-designed in WordPress in August 2023 as a courtesy by OurWebmaster, as the Joomla 3.x platform became unsupported.  This CMS-based website allows the clients to maintain all their own content in a template designed by OurWebmaster.  In the past, the site was maintained by volunteer board members; however, it is currently being maintained in partnership with Foundation volunteers – as a courtesy by OurWebmaster.

This is a WordPress website created by a website company specializing in specific industry hosting with customized and limited WordPress features. OurWebmaster has been given extended access to provide in-depth updating, SEO & tracking services.

Fish Oregon

A semi-custom website built on the WordPress platform using a commercial template with commercial and free plug-ins to provide a variety of features.

Fishermen Direct

A CMS-based website with the client doing most of the content updates.  They had originally opted to sell products online using Paypal buttons and shopping cart.  Paypal buttons and custom HTML inclusion in the website were maintained by OurWebmaster. More recently, the site was moved from Joomla to WordPress and products are sold from the website using the WooCommerce selling platform on the WordPress website.  The client is maintaining the content and product listings with assistance from OurWebmaster.  The client manages all of the product shipping and customer relations.

GBC - Gold Beach Consulting

This is a simple WordPress website using the (paid) Generate Press template & plugin – one of the fastest templates on the market.

Gita Maria

This custom site has been through many versions – based on the client’s needs. It has been a shopping cart using different technologies, transitioned to a custom HTML website, came back full circle to an e-commerce website using Shopify, and has now just been pointed to a Facebook Page.

Gold Beach Books & Art Gallery

What was once a custom HTML website has now converted over to a WordPress website with a semi-custom mobile-friendly theme. The store was sold and is now pivoting to an art gallery that contains the largest display of bronze sculptures in Oregon.  Gold Beach Books is still buying and selling books, but has expanded the art gallery on the lower floor.

Gold Beach Catering

This is a WordPress website for a local catering company just getting started.  After serving the community for decades at Spinners Steak and Chop House, the Powers family is starting a new adventure, serving delicious meals at your events.

Gold Beach Chamber of Commerce

This site has been in use for many years.   It was originally designed and created by OurWebmaster over a decade ago.  With many changes with the Chamber and Board, the site was transitioned away from OurWebmaster to a ColdFusion-based website.  That company closed its business and eventually the Chamber website came back to OurWebmaster.  It is now a simple WordPress website using content provided by the Chamber.  OurWebmaster is pleased to provide complimentary maintenance.  The chamber is currently not active and is being revitalized by one member who has asked that the website be kept live and current.

Gold Beach Education Fund

Home and Office Renovations by Davis Tile & Stone LLC

This is a WordPress website using a commercial template customized for this business.  The original website was a simple one-page HTML site built by others, but the new site was designed to closely represent the original.  When the HTML website was not gaining traction in the search engines, Roger Davis contacted OurWebmaster.  This website has been developed and optimized for keywords and phrases to better represent this business on Google.

Kates Custom Sewing

This WordPress website was a redesign of the owner’s WP site.  It incorporates a unique series of photo galleries highlighting the designs she has created.

Keys to the Outdoors

This WordPress-based website uses a highly customized theme that was designed and implemented by an online outdoor sports marketing company. The owner of this website (based in Bandon Oregon) chose to have the site managed and maintained more locally and reached out to OurWebmaster for local, reliable & professional services.  OurWebmaster reviewed and refreshed the content, and added security measures.  Updates are ongoing.

League of Women Voters of Curry County

A WordPress site using a commercial template with custom colors and logo.  The client will make simple edits and OurWebmaster adds newsletters as a courtesy.

On Target Tax & Accounting LLC

This is a WordPress website that OurWebmaster is now maintaining.  The design has been re-branded from Annie’s Bookkeeping but an extensive redesign has not been implemented.  The site is built using a Divi template and plugins not normally installed by OurWebmaster, however additional security, backup, and statistical plugins have been added.

Optimum Property Management

This site is built on a WordPress platform and was started in late 2013. It has since undergone four transitions to its current mobile-friendly layout and is now undergoing extensive Search Engine Optimization efforts.  The site is fully maintained by OurWebmaster.

Pistol River Concert Association

This website was originally created and maintained by volunteers of the Association.  In 2016, OurWebmaster was asked to transition the site to more current technology and design. The site was built using WordPress with a customized template.  It is now maintained fully by OurWebmaster.  Recently, the Association added online ticket sales to the website.

This website began as a SmugMug project but has advanced to a WordPress platform using the Imagely Theme & NextGen Gallery system allowing the photographer to upload his own images and create his own galleries.  He will sell his photography in various mediums as he develops his business.

Rogue Coast Sport Fishing

This is a website that was designed and created many years ago by a local fishing guide team.  The site had not been edited for years, however, the new owners reached out to OurWebmaster to learn how best to transition the site to their business while maintaining their best search engine presence.  This site will go through many stages of careful change to its new identity!  It has now fully transitioned to its new WordPress-based website and is performing very well for the owners in Search Engine Results.

Rogue Reef Publishing

This is a small eCommerce store built on the WordPress platform using WooCommerce for the online sales functionality. It is a simple design with the intent of drawing the viewers’ interest to the book for sale – the story of how blue-collar workers built oceangoing vessels in the 1970s and how that became industry-leading Freeman Marine Equipment -an important part of current-day Gold Beach Oregon.

Rogue River Lodge

This mobile-ready website is built on a WordPress platform.  The website has a rich history – from Cold Fusion to custom HTML to WordPress. The site was previously built using cold fusion(not designed by OurWebmaster). The client asked for the site to be placed on a more traditional (less expensive) platform as he no longer needed the custom reservation system originally built with the site. The custom HTML site incorporated DWT & CSS for global editing and has since then been converted to the semi-customer WordPress site you see today.  SEO for Gold Beach search terms has been implemented along with a Google AdWords campaign – which is no longer utilized – organic placements are adequate to generate reservations.

Highly custom WordPress website.  This site was designed elsewhere but has been implemented by OurWebmaster.  The original web designer is no longer supporting the design so OurWebmaster has stepped up to maintain content and design.

Tyson Crumley's Guide Service

WordPress CMS platform using a commercial mobile-friendly template.  OurWebmaster also managed a Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising campaign until the site became so well represented by organic search engine representation that PPC is no longer used.  OurWebmaster is continually implementing SEO techniques to improve organica search engine placement.

This website was originally created by the Booking Suite platform (by Booking.com) however late in 2020, they quit offering this platform, and the business needed to transition to a standalone website. The site is currently provided in HTML format however a WordPress site is being developed by OurWebmaster.
