Carlson Siding
This is a WordPress website using a customized commercial theme. This was a custom HTML website that was designed prior to OurWebmaster’s involvement however was subsequently updated to a DWT mobile-ready format using commercial slideshows and photo gallery technologies before its conversion to WordPress. OurWebmaster is making focused efforts on SEO for local search terms & placement, and monitors its search engine placement on a regular basis.

This is a WordPress CMS website using a commercial theme. It is a simple business card-style website with robust content. This webiste is maintained as a courtesy by OurWebmaster. In August 2023, the site was redesigned (as a courtesy by OurWebmaster) using WordPress due to the prior Joomla 3.x platform becoming unsupported.

Curry Historical Society
This website has been developed and maintained by OurWebmaster as a courtesy for decades. It has gone from a custom HTML to a Joomla CMS to its current WordPress CMS status.

A semi-custom website built on the WordPress platform using a commercial template with commercial and free plugins to provide a variety of features.
Fishermen Direct
A CMS-based website with the client doing most of the content updates. They had originally opted to sell products online using Paypal buttons and Paypal shopping cart. The Paypal buttons and custom HTML inclusion in the website were maintained by OurWebmaster. More recently, the site was moved from Joomla to WordPress and products are sold from the website using the WooCommerce selling platform. The client is maintaining the content and product listings with assistance from OurWebmaster. The client manages all of the product shipping and customer relations.
GBC – Gold Beach Consulting
This is a simple WordPress website using the (paid) Generate Press template & Plugin – one of the fastest templates on the market.
Gita Maria
This custom site had been through many versions – based on the client’s needs. It has been a shopping cart using different technologies, transitions to a custom HTML website, came back full-circle to an e-commerce website using Shopify, and has now been just pointed to a Facebook Page until Gita can focus again on online sales.
Gold Beach Books & Art Gallery
What was once a custom HTML website has now converted to a WordPress website with a semi-custom mobile-friendly theme. The store was sold and has pivoted to an art gallery that contains the largest display of bronze sculptures in Oregon. Gold Beach Books is still buying and selling books, but has expanded the art gallery on the lower floor.
Gold Beach Catering
This is a WordPress website for a local catering company just getting started. After serving the community for decades at Spinners Steak and Chop House, the Powers family is starting a new adventure, serving delicious meals at your events.
Gold Beach Chamber of Commerce
This site has been in use for many years. It was originally designed and created by OurWebmaster over two decades ago. With many changes in the Chamber and Board, the site was transitioned away from OurWebmaster to a ColdFusion based website. That company closed its business and eventually the Chamber website came back to OurWebmaster. It is ow a simple WordPress website using content provided by the Chamber. OurWebmaster is pleased to provide complimentary maintenance. The Chamber is currently not active and is being revitalized by one member who has asked that the website be kept alive.
Gold Beach Education Fund

This WordPress website was a redesign of the owner’s WP site. It incorporates a unique series of photo galleries highlighting the designs she has created.
Keys To The Outdoors
This WordPress-based website used a highly customized theme that was designed and implemented by an online outdoor sports marketing company. The owner of this website (based in Bandon Oregon) chose to have the site managed and maintained more locally and reached out to OurWebmaster for local, reliable & professional services. OurWebmaster reviewed and refreshed the content, added security measures, and applied a commercial template.
League of Women Voters of Curry County
A WordPress website using a commercial template with custom colors and logo. The client will make simple edits and OurWebmaster adds newsletters as a courtesy – using a commercial PDF plugin.
Old Agness Store
OurWebmaster helped transition this eCommerce store from an outdated platform to Shopify. The client is mostly managing the store but OurWebmaster steps in to assist with overall design and more complicated functions.

Oregon Wild Wood
This eCommerce website is a Shopify Store (formlery MIVA, then Magento Community Edition highly customized) that offers a wide selection of products and is, in part, maintained by the customer. Individual items are only available once (“one-off”) and require collaboration between multiple team members to upload products and images. This collaboration has led to an impressive eCommerce store offering beautiful tonewood products.

Highly customized WordPress site – newly developed in mid-2013 and revised to be mobile friendly in 2016. It has since been refreshed and the client has asked that the Home page include cards linking to Airbnb listings. To accomplish this without listing Airbnb’s rates (which are inaccurate), she is using a commercial iframe embed plugin allowing the rates to be blocked.

This is a website that was designed and created many years ago by a local fishing guide team. The site had not been edited for years, however, the new owners reached out to OurWebmaster to learn how best to transition the site to their business while maintaining their best search engine presence. This site has gone through many stages of careful change to its new identity! It is fully transitioned to WordPress and is performing very well for the owners.

This is a small website built on the Weebly platform. OurWebmaster is now maintaining this website with updates as needed. Looks like a fun service!
Rogue Reef Publishing
This is a small eCommerce store built on the WordPress platform using WooCommerce for the online sales functionality. It is a simple design with the intent of drawing the viewers’ interest to the book for sale – the story of how blue-collar workers built oceangoing vessels in the 1970s and how that become industry-leading Freeman Marine Equipment – an important part of current-day Gold Beach Oregon.
Rogue River Lodge
This mobile friendly website is built on a WordPress platform. The website has a rich history – from Cold Fusion to custom HTML to WordPress. The site was previously built using Cold Fusion (not designed by OurWebmaster). The client asked for the site to be placed on a more traditional (less expensive) platform as he no longer needed the custom reservation system originally built with the site. The custom HTML site incorporated DWT & CSS for global editing and has since been converted to the semi-custom WordPress site you see today. SEO for Gold Beach search terms has been implemented along with a Google AdWords campaign – which is no longer utilized – organic placements are adequate to generate reservations.

This is a Weebly site maintained in part by the client. OurWebmaster assisted with the basic setup and more advanced customizations.
Shrews House Bed & Breakfast and Carriage House
This site was added by another to the WIX platform and is now able to take reservations. Soon thereafter, OurWebmaster was asked to take the site back for continuing maintenance and updating. Prior to WIX, the site was a custom HTML website managed by OurWebmaster.

The Cove at Brookings
Designed and created by another, OurWebmaster now maintains this WordPress based website. After updating and adding fresh content to the website, OurWebmaster has also reset all of the homeowner access and continues to assist in homeowners’ ability to access private portions of the website.

This website was built on a WordPress platform many years ago by a different developer. Over time, it has been transitioned over to OurWebmaster for maintenance and future development as needed. It is using a commercial them with customizations.
The Wired Trader
This and other HTML websites from this customer were developed by others but transitioned to OurWebmaster approximately five years ago. This website was built using frames technology which has not served it well for SEO. It was recently converted to a pure HTML paged website and is performing much better for search terms. Content for the business has also been added to the site.
TJ’s Carpet Cleaning
This is a WordPress site using a semi-custom commercial template relying heavily for photos on the customer’s print advertising efforts. The site is optimized for Brookings Carpet Cleaning, Gold Beach Carpet Cleaning, and Crescent City Carpet Cleaning search terms.
Tyson Crumley’s Guide Service
This is a WordPress CMS site using a commercial mobile-friendly template. OurWebmaster also managed a Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising campaign until the site became so well represented by organic search engine representation that PPC is no longer used. OurWebmaster is continually implementing SEO techniques to improve organic search engine placement.
Wally’s House
This WordPress site was built by others using a proprietary template and page builder that became cumbersome. It has since been redesigned using a Commercial template and conventional blocks. OurWebmaster maintains the site as a courtesy.

A customized WordPress site using a Commercial template. OurWebmaster was pleased to design and create the website using photos, content, and videos provided by the customer.
Windermere on the Beach
This website was originally created by the Booking Suite platform (by Booking.com) however, late in 202, they quit offering this platform, and the business needed to transition to a standalone website. It was transitioned to an HTML website and has since converted to a WordPress platform. The hotel uses a third-party service to manage and take reservations.
Windward Place Apartments
This is a WordPress site with a commercial template and add-ons installed. It is a simple website providing rental information for two properties in Lincoln City, Oregon.
Note: This site was redesigned in August 2023, when a new hit counter was established. The prior counts were based on visits to the client’s websites. At that time, OurWebmaster’s client websites had been visited over 100,294 times (sites no longer managed by OurWebmaster were not included in this total).
